Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. Familiar is built for European hospitality. Guest consent is tracked per channel, unsubscribe links are automatic, and all data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We provide a full Data Processing Agreement.

You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your data. After that, we securely delete everything. We never hold your data hostage.
