Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Familiar integrates with Mews, Opera, and Misterbooking among others. We are continuously adding new integrations — if your PMS is not available, contact us and we will prioritize it.

Plans are billed annually and there are no per-guest fees. You can cancel at renewal, and your data is always yours regardless of plan.

Most independent hotels are live within 15 minutes. Connect your PMS, import your templates (or use ours), and start sending. Growth and Enterprise accounts get a dedicated onboarding manager to handle migration.

Yes. Familiar is built for European hospitality. Guest consent is tracked per channel, unsubscribe links are automatic, and all data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We provide a full Data Processing Agreement.

You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your data. After that, we securely delete everything. We never hold your data hostage.
